Rental office communicates well especially via email. LOVE IT!! Maintenance are quick with repairs as well. They keep up with outdoor appearance as well. I would recommend moving into this complex.

The residents are amazing and the cleaning crew. Very friendly and the fixing crew very awesome. The bus comes and Uber is available here. The space of apartment amazing.The kitchen area is great. The lawn is well kept and the grounds men are hwlpful

Oaks at Park South is a great community centrally located to 295 and 495. A diverse community of working professionals and growing families. Pet friendly with a dog park. Apartments are spacious and affordable!

I moved into this community at the beginning of 2020 right before Covid hit. The last year and a half have been welcoming and reassuring that they care about the tenants. Living alone has been very comfortable and the amount of space for the cost of rent is a steal. Definitely recommend.
